A. Yes, Truck-Net is available on either a pay-as-you-go basis or as a ‘one off’ payment. Pricing plans can adapted to suit customers specific requirements
A. Hosting and support is included in the purchase price. We provide remote support for all customers from 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours we have a message service
A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you commit for more than 12 months.
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards.

Technical & Support Questions

A. Yes. Truck-Net is a cloud-based product that is browser based. There is no software required to install.
A. Yes. On Mac OSX you’ll need to use virtualization software such as BootCamp. For iPads, simply download Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store.
A: We’ll arrange a suitable time for a remote Truck-Net demonstration session. It’s a very informal and open discussion in which we’ll cover many topics and answer as many questions as possible. The session usually lasts an hour.
A: Customers will have a private login to the portal and will be able to set up and manage Web Bookings and Mobile add-ons to your Truck-Net service. You’ll also be able to access all historical invoices.
A: Yes, Truck-Net is hosted in the cloud and therefore has no issues running from a Windows 10 PC.

Implementation Questions

A. Yes, after deciding who is going to administrate the system, additional users can be added simply and quickly (in a variety of roles – including customers)
A. Your own data is added initially which includes all your main resources such as manpower, vehicles, trailers and customers. The data can be added one by one or you can upload multiple items
A: Once your own data has been loaded, booking jobs or creating a quote is all done with the click of a button by using drop down menus supplying your data, pre-loaded costings and Google Maps
A: Yes, at the click of a mouse you can see all your jobs on one screen in real time
A: Yes, once work has been completed it can be invoiced immediately by the click of a button. It’s possible to review all invoices and make amendments if necessary. Alternatively, customers can be set up at the data entry stage so all completed jobs automatically generate an invoice.
A: Yes, there are a variety of system reports available on Truck-Net
